Symplicity
Founded by Chef Neil Rankin with fellow chefs in mind, this is a fresh approach to plant-based food using fermented vegetables and as few ingredients as possible. Symplicity is built on keeping food honest and simple, whilst bringing life back to the plate with maximum flavour. The range includes burgers, sausages, meatballs, ragus and sauces - but it's the 'nduja' that really tickles our fancy.
