That’s why we’re looking for a Partnerships & Lead Generation Manager, to establish great partnerships with industry leaders and to turbocharge the flow of quality leads into our sales funnel.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a smart, dynamic and creative sales & marketing guru, who can establish, develop and nurture powerful partnerships with trusted partners. The ideal candidate will have performed a similar role at a scale-up organisation, and will bring great ideas and best practices into the team.
Reporting to the VP Commercial Operations, this role is based in London, with flexibility to work from home when needed.
What will you do?
Establish and deliver on powerful, commercially-driven partnerships and referral campaigns with customers, producers and industry partners, with the purpose of dramatically increasing the number of quality leads coming into the sales funnel
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, establishing sticky partnerships that stand the test of time - and incentivise these organisations to make warm introductions to target customers
Curate and execute quality outbound marketing campaigns, crafting impactful messaging to drive awareness and inbound interest in what we do
Understand how we can harness digital marketing to drive more quality inbound leads into the sales funnel
Build and nurture Collectiv Food’s audience across the industry, including restaurant groups, contract catering, grocery stores and hotel chains
Help us with brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
Measure your success & iterate, constantly challenging yourself to improve
What skills and experience do you need?
At least 5+ years' experience in business development / partnerships / pre-sales with a track record of successfully creating pipeline & engagement in partnerships and assistance in driving revenue
Excellent communication skills: you are a clear thinker, speaker, and writer; creative in messaging and visually presenting when required
Experience in a start-up environment preferred
A natural problem solver and a strong communicator
Street-wise, commercially savvy and smart
Mature in your approach, with gravitas beyond your years
Dynamic and able to adapt to fast-changing environments
Ambitious, with real drive to learn and grow
