COLLECTIVfood is a team of chefs, restaurateurs, food producers and innovators with a big mission. Our aim is to improve an old-fashioned, inefficient and opaque supply chain and offer restaurants high quality ingredients at exceptional prices.

At the heart of our mission is a passion for good food and so we only allow producers onto our site who share our core values.

  • We believe in good food from caring, passionate independent producers.
  • We believe that quality produce should not necessarily mean more expensive.
  • We don’t believe in mass-produced food.
  • We don’t believe in food laced with chemicals preservatives, artificial flavourings, colourings, antibiotics and synthetic growth hormones.

And when we talk about independent producers we mean producers who:

  • Are independently owned.
  • Produce, rear or grow their own products or add-value to products from small-scale, traceable producers or fisheries.
  • Demonstrate a desire to produce quality products (often with external validation and certification).

Our Team

Our team comes from within in the industry, we know it inside out and back to front and have decades of experience between us. We know that the way restaurants order foodneeds to change. We want to make that change.

Jeremy Hibbert-Garibaldi Founder and CEO

With French and Italian heritage, it is not hard to see where his love of producers and good food comes from. After years fighting white-collar crime, Jeremy created COLLECTIVfood with the same objective to generate positive social change and improve how businesses work together. Through his contagious enthusiasm and unwavering guidance, Jeremy leads the COLLECTIVfood team with vision and purpose to improve an old-fashioned, inefficient and opaque supply chain.

Giulia Forlini Food Producers Partnerships

Giulia’s background as a Nutritionist, along with her marketing experience in the food sector means she is able to identify the best qualities and values of food producers and communicate the COLLECTIVfood message to the public in order to create brand awareness.

David Penson Sales Director

David's passion for restaurants led him to open his own in his twenties. Since then, he has worked for a number of tech companies looking to transform their sector and is massively excited to lead the team that is spreading the word to foodservice businesses everywhere about how COLLECTIVfood can help them.

Zachi Brewster Community

A jack of all trades within the food industry- from distilleries, to farms, kitchens and cheese affineurs she’s done it all. The newest member of COLLECTIVfood, Zachi brings her love of food and people to the team, finding the best products for our market.

Philip Rose Sales and Operations

Whether he is trying a new restaurant in the city, recreating an old favourite from his days as a chef or cooking up a new recipe - it is fair to say that Phil is a foodie. Combining his industry experience and outgoing personality, Phil expands our network of COLLECTIVfood users in the city.

Jason Gibb Marketing and PR

Jason spent a decade producing olive oil on Italy’s east coast, selling it through high-end retailers around the world including Waitrose, Selfridges, John Lewis and Harrods. He’s also founded the UK’s first food founders’ festival, Bread & Jam, which helps emerging food and beverage business grow and brings a wealth of industry experience and entrepreneurial nous to the team.

Vincent McKevitt Advisor

Founder of Tossed - a healthy eating cafe chain and the first cashless hospitality group in Europe, Vincent is a pioneer, combining good fresh food and savvy tech to improve efficiency and user experience. Bringing 15 years of industry experience to the team, Vincent helps COLLECTIVfood create seamless service design for all of our users from farm to plate.

Ben Spalding Chef-in-residence

An acclaimed London based chef, famed for his daring and eclectic cooking style which has taken him into various Michelin starred kitchens, the fields at Coachella and an exclusive supper club in Singapore. Ben brings his ideas and creativity to the COLLECTIVfood table, ensuring that we have an exciting range of ingredients to inspire the most creative chefs in town.

William McQuillan Frontline Ventures, Investor

A serial entrepreneur and at the time, the youngest partner of a European VC fund William is no stranger to thrills and adventure that comes with working with start ups. Through rethinking industries and investing in game changing businesses, William has been backing COLLECTIVfood since day one.
