Founded by Chef Neil Rankin with fellow chefs in mind, this is a fresh approach to plant-based food using fermented vegetables and as few ingredients as possible. Symplicity is built on keeping food honest and simple, whilst bringing life back to the plate with maximum flavour. The range includes burgers, sausages, meatballs, ragus and sauces - but it's the 'nduja' that really tickles our fancy.

Fable is reimagining mushrooms, improving their texture and elevating their natural flavours and nutrients to become a succulent, umami-rich culinary protein. Made with simple and natural ingredients, Fable's mushroom-based products are made from agriculturally-grown shiitake mushroom stems that undergo a proprietary method with minimal processing to draw out the delicious, umami flavours and nutrients of mushrooms. Strictly free from GMO, preservatives and artificial ingredients. It's real food, real mushrooms – but better.

Exclusively created for chefs and foodservice, [MOCK]® is the new kid on the block when it comes to plant-based meat. Made from non-GMO soya and mushroom, their range includes battered plant-based chicken and even [MOCK]® lamb pieces, which are a perfect substitute in stews, curries, burritos, shawarma and more.

Dragonfly have been handcrafting tofu products in Devon since 1984, using an authentic Japanese process practiced for thousands of years. The tofu is delicately pressed to ensure the proteins don't toughen, resulting in a premium texture that absorbs flavour well. The tofu's made using only the best organic ingredients, locally-sourced wherever possible.

Already on Burger King and Honest Burger's menus, this is plant-based bacon that means business. 92% claimed it tasted as good as the real thing in a taste test and it comes with 88% less CO2 emissions. Made entirely in France with only seven ingredients, La Vie bacon is available in lardons or even pre-cooked slices made especially for foodservice - simply heat up on the griddle pan in a mere 30 seconds.

This plant-based range covers mince, sausages and burgers, and has been developed to have no compromise on taste and texture. 100% powered by plants (products are made from pea and bean proteins), the Meatless Farm mission is to help businesses and individuals reduce their meat consumption by making the choice of switching to meatless easy for everyone.
