Business Analyst (digital products/services)

Located in vibrant Notting Hill, West London, we’ll be giving you the opportunity to work in a small, collaborative environment that encourages innovation and contribution from everyone.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team you will be applying business insights to produce powerful, accessible products, helping to solve complex problems that will have a real impact on the success of organisations across the foodservice industry.

Responsibilities

You will be working with accomplished software engineers, creatives and stakeholders to  create services that will empower our business and delight our customers.

  • Work with team members and Product Owners in an Agile environment, helping to set acceptance criteria and task priorities

  • Using Jira to track story backlogs, assigning tasks, time management and production of reports

  • Troubleshoot/problem-solve risks and issues which could impact project deliverables

  • Understanding business requirements to automate workflow processes

  • Manage impact analysis of changes at both solution requirement and resource levels

  • Analyse delivery throughout design, build, test, and go live etc

Skills & requirements

  • Proven track record working across the full SDLC within an Agile environment

  • Experience establishing functional and non-functional requirements, particularly applied to behavior-driven development (BDD)

  • Good understanding of web-based technologies and online/app user experience

  • Excellent communication and collaborative team working skills

  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills

Nice to have experience

  • Expertise using analytics tools such as Google Analytics

  • Writing User Acceptance Tests

  • Application of multivariate tests (A/B testing)

  • Scrum master responsibilities
